The variety garnacha grows in a vineyard called Turó de las Abelles with poor ground, rocky limestone which provides a mineral character.
The garnacha provides red fruit notes and elegance.
The grape syrah comes from a vineyard characterized by the presence of marine fossils on the ground adding structure, color and spicy notes.
Both variaties ferments in open barrels mad of French oak and foster remains in 24 months.
