Finca Viladellops Negre

The red Garnatxa is, to our understanding, the variety that best transmits the personality of the terroir of our red wines. In Finca Viladellops red we have one of the winery’s most prestigious products, one of the apples of our eyes.
We select the best Garnatxa grapes from Viladellops, picked by hand and at the selecting table.
It receives short macerations, only to seek out the most elegant tannins, a maximum aging of 12 months in French oak casks and at least 12 months in the bottle before going on sale.
It has a burgundy red colour, and an aroma of minerals and black fruit, with the spicy nuances of well-macerated grapes. In the mouth it is silky, flavourful, and meaty, with notes of liquorice and toast. The wine has good acidity, volume, and structure.
